Let’s talk #dosage with Cann.
For the #calisober curious, its important to find the right dosage for you. Cann makes it really easy to find with a “dosage quiz” that will guide you on which dosage is right for you. Its linked below, but let me try to break it down for you too based on my experience.
Cann’s products have great flavor and tastes exactly like a seltzer would; bubbly, a bit fruity and a little zing. Better yet - its a new alcohol alternative that brings the buzz like a good old fashioned glass of wine, a beer or a martini.
Great flavors with Cann too. My favorite is the Ginger Lemongrass - “The Spicy Smooth One” as they say on the can. You can definitely spell the lemongrass and has a zing of ginger. If you can appreciate fragrances in your nose and tastes in your mouth - you will love this one.
The other flavors are very good too. I have tried all of them:
Cranberry Sage - I want to eat a turkey sandwich with this one.
Lemon Lavender - A very summer-ish sipping flavor.
Blood Orange Cardamon - Tastes more spicy to me. Its hard for me to taste the blood orange. But then again, I will try anything orange. Flavor to me is not as strong.
Grapefruit Rosemary - so refreshing and light. But if you don’t like unique flavors, or rather, strong flavors, you might not like it. Like orange, grapefruit is another one of those must-haves for me. This flavor doesn’t disappoint.
Onto dosages:
Cann’s Roadies are 2mg THC / 4mg CBD in a 0.9fl oz to-go packet. This product is a changer for Happy Hours in the city after work. Fits into a pocket or very easily into a small handbag, and easy to tear and pour. Order a regular selzter and pour it in. Its the only “Grab and Go” on the market which makes it unique in my opinion.
The small cans of Cann are also 2mg THC / 4mg CBD. Its like a nib, but not enough because it does down so fast. The 2mg’s are the same equivalent of drinking a beer or glass of wine. You’ll get a slight, light buzz, and most likely, you won’t notice it until you realize after a long, bad day, you’re awfully cheerful. Yep, that’s how you’ll know. Your entire mood changes for the better and you will be more social.
The Hi Boy’s are 5mg / 10mg CBD and are a bit stronger. Has a similar buzz of a Martini or a high ABV IPA or craft beer.
Overall, you’ll start to feel the effects in about 20-30mins, and it will last about an hour or less. That is, if you have just one. Its always a good suggestion when you are new to hemp-derived social tonics that you give it a bit of time before you have another one. This is because the second or third one will just enhance the effects, and for a longer period of time.
